• You have got 5 days to raise a Return/Exchange request from the day you receive your order. 

• Each order is eligible for a Return/Exchange only once, As per company norms.

• Ensure all tags and labels are intact, and the product is unworn.

• Shipping charges are non - refundable. 

• Refunds are only made in terms of Store Credit. Which is valid for lifetime

• Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for any returns or exchange. 

• Custom orders not eligible for Return/Exchange
  

• Size exchange is possible. However as we make everything on order , we don't offer trail and buy. 
  

• Combined return's are prohibited.

Return & Exchange Request Process:

• Once your request is approved, you may courier the outfit back to us Or if you want us to initiate the return pickup, you will be charged a pick up fee depending on your location.

• Returns take approximately 7 to 12 working days to reach the company. If initiated by us 
  

• Store credit will be issued for the sale amount of the returned products less the shipping charges

• We try to upload pictures as close to the outfit. However Please note every Phones or laptops DISPLAY quality differs.
